Conditions of Sale
1. Definition and Object of the Contract
The contract concluded between Chiaretta Store and the customer falls under the category of distance contracts, pursuant to Article 51 et seq. of Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree. n. 21/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.
The contract is for the sale of products offered by Chiaretta Store, including organic, natural, ecological, sustainable, food and non-food products, through the website www.chiarettastore.it. The contract is considered concluded when Chiaretta Store accepts, even partially, a purchase proposal issued by the customer through the website. Such acceptance is considered tacit unless specific notice is given to the customer.
By placing a purchase order, the customer declares that he/she is a consumer in accordance with Art. 3(1)(a) of the Consumer Code, to be of legal age (having reached the age of 18), to provide data that are true, correct, up-to-date and refer to the person entering them. The customer also declares that he/she has read and fully accepted the general terms and conditions on www.chiarettastore.it. These general terms and conditions form an integral part of any proposal, purchase order, and order confirmation.
2. Registration at www.chiarettastore.it
Access to some website features, such as completing orders, adding products to favorites, saving shipping and billing addresses, saving payment methods, and accessing the customer area, may require customer registration. To register, the customer must follow the procedure outlined on the site, providing a valid email address and some information needed to create a purchase profile. Multiple profiles may not be created for the same registered person. Profile access requires the use of a user name and password. Chiaretta Store reserves the right to validate the profiles of registered users and the veracity of the information provided.
3. Products and Prices
The products offered by Chiaretta Store are described in detail on the website. Information is based on that reported by product suppliers/distributors. Chiaretta Store is not responsible for any technical or other inaccuracies in product information. Photographs of products are for representative purposes only. Product prices are in Euros and include VAT. Any fees, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the products will be borne by the customer. Chiaretta Store reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice, with the understanding that the price charged to you will be the price listed on the site at the time of your order. Coupons/discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions.
4. Object of Service.
Registered users can place purchase orders, check products in the shopping cart, confirm shipping and billing information, choose payment method, enter coupons/discount codes and use loyalty points, if applicable. The order is valid only if the value exceeds 20.00 Euro, after discounts and shipping costs.
4.2. Payment Methods
Chiaretta Store accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, cash on delivery, coupons and gift cards. Credit card transactions take place on secure servers. PayPal transactions take place directly on the respective company's platform. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the amount of the order will be paid in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery, at no additional cost. To use gift cards/gift vouchers, the customer must enter the code in the appropriate field during the order process. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after verification of the amount received.
4.3. Order Confirmation
After receiving the order, Chiaretta Store will send an order confirmation via email, containing a summary of the purchase data, total price and delivery details. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and must report any errors or omissions to Chiaretta Store within 12 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
4.4. Delivery of Products
Chiaretta Store undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the address given by the customer as soon as possible. Deliveries are made through couriers selected by Chiaretta Store or transportation partners. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination and product availability. Chiaretta Store will not be responsible for any delays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
